We are presently accepting applications from qualified individuals to fill a contract full-time position within our Mental Health Promotion & Education team: International Agricultural Worker (IAW) Wellness Outreach Worker.

Position: Full-time-Contract ASAP to August 30, 2026
Base Locations: Brant and/or Simcoe Offices
Start Date: ASAP
Hours of Work: 35 hours
Starting Wage: As Per Collective Bargaining Agreement, Classification 2
The IAW Wellness Program is part of a suite of CMHA Ontario programs that bring mental health education, counselling services, and enhanced community support to rural and agricultural communities across Ontario. The branch will provide the program as an affiliate in Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk Counties. This position will deliver mental health promotion workshops, offer prevention information and referrals to community services, collaborate with partners, and engage in promotional outreach to the IAW community.
In general, the IAW Wellness Outreach Worker will participate in developing community service referral resources that are culturally appropriate for IAWs in Brant, Haldimand, and Norfolk counties. They will also distribute resources, host relevant in-person workshops, and advise CMHA Ontario on developing appropriate learning modules for IAWs and farm operators. They will engage in coalition-building and promotional outreach by working closely with partners and existing networks.
