Canadian Mental Health Association, Brant Haldimand Norfolk Branch has been providing affordable housing since the mid-1980s to individuals who financially qualify and have been diagnosed with mental illness. Our current 200 housing locations are spread throughout the three counties, with locations based on the preference of the applicant, family size and availability.

The agency owns rental units located in Simcoe and Brantford. We also partner with private landlords and local municipalities, to offer supplementary payments towards rent and/or utilities.

A support team of CMHA housing staff are available to help tenants achieve their goals and live successfully in the community.
