Mood Walks has started up again with physical distancing measures in place. Please note: Participants must phone in at 8:30 a.m. to be pre-screened for any COVID symptoms before being allowed into the program. Call Brent at 519-752-2998, ext 131
The Mood Walks are held every Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. – 12 noon.
Walk the beautiful trails along the Grand River down Gilkison. Studies show that even a 10 minute walk immediately boosts brain chemistry to increase happiness.
Meet at Brant’s Crossing at 9:00 a.m. to begin walk.
