The Mood Walks and Biking Program are held every Tuesday morning from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Walk / Ride the beautiful trails along the Grand River. Studies show that even 10 minutes of exercise can boost brain chemistry and increase happiness.
The group gathers at 8:45 a.m.at Brant’s Crossing (behind the Casino and Civic Centre)
