Responding to COVID-19
We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and community during the COVID-19 pandemic, while continuing to provide optimal service delivery to our clients and the community.
In an effort to allay concerns, CMHA BHN Branch is providing clients with the option of phone or virtual supports in addition to in-person appointments, should that be their preference. In-person access to our services is by appointment only. All services are fully operational, however our staff is currently working both remotely and in-office. The agency is planning to return our employees to a more robust schedule in the near future, as soon as feasible.
Please be aware that the provision of face-to-face support is a requirement by the funders and a best practice in the sector, therefore face-to-face support for clients is available by appointment only, with proper COVID protocols followed.
Any further changes to our current status will be communicated accordingly. If you require further information, please feel free to call our offices for details.
