Please be advised, in an effort to increase the comfort level of our clients, we offer the option of phone and virtual supports, as well as in-person appointments, should that be the client’s preference. Please contact your worker for further information.
Community Support Services provide case management support to people with serious and persistent mental illness. Case Managers assist participants with various self-directed goals:
- Linking with community services
- Monitoring mental illness and symptoms
- Developing better coping strategies
- Developing life and social skills
- Developing and maintaining independence
- Education supports
- Employment/volunteering supports
- Health and wellness
- Advocacy
- Group support
- Walk in services on specific days
